with the coming of summer, I have to lose my weight because I gain too much weight since I attended to college. The summer is the fighting season of girls, we have to wear less than we did in winter so people may find out our true shape during this season.
My plan is as fallow: eat only when Im hungry and exercise when Im free.I think it gonna work if I insist this way. It's healthy and it can last longer than other way of dieting.
some people just do not eat anything when they are losing weight, but I think it cannot last long and once you eat normally you'll get back quickly.So changing the way you live is more efficient.
